Ford concealed safety data in a fatal 15-pasenger van rollover case

Ford conducted safety tests on their E350 15-pasenger vans that they then withheld from the court when confronted with the death of 2 and injury of 11 passengers in a Kentucky rollover crash. U.S. District Judge Robert Gettleman of Chicago said the actions of the lawyers and the company were bordering on "criminal."
