CAFTA Damage Report: Rep. Charles Taylor (R-N.C.)

Despite outspoken opposition to the Central America Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA), Rep. Charles Taylor (R-N.C.-11) failed to vote on the critical trade agreement, which eked through the U.S. House of Representatives on July 27 by a 217-215 vote. Constituents in North Carolina are left wondering why Taylor so egregiously failed to represent their interests.
